What size dumpster do I need?

Choosing the right size depends on the scale of your project; here is a quick breakdown to help you decide:

  • 14-Yard Dumpster: Best for small-scale residential projects like a single-room remodel, garage cleanout, or small deck removal. It roughly holds the equivalent of 4 to 5 pickup truck loads.

  • 20-Yard Dumpster: Our most popular size. Ideal for medium-sized projects, including floor removals, large basement decluttering, or roofing shingles for a mid-sized home. It holds about 8 pickup truck loads.

  • 25-Yard Dumpster: Perfect for large-scale renovations, whole-home cleanouts, or light demolition work. This size provides extra volume for bulky items without taking up a massive footprint on your driveway. It holds about 10 pickup truck loads.

Are there weight limits and overage fees?

Yes, each dumpster size includes a specific weight allowance (measured in tons). While our containers are spacious, they are restricted by the lifting capacity of our trucks and local road weight regulations.

  • Included Weight: A typical rental includes 2 tons depending on the bin size.

  • Overage Fees: If your debris exceeds the included weight, an additional fee per ton will be applied.

  • The "Fill Line": For the safety of our drivers and other motorists, please do not fill the dumpster above the top rim. We cannot legally transport "top-heavy" or overflowing loads.
